  • Place the turkey on a roasting pan.

Cooking

  • Roast the turkey in the preheated oven for approximately 13-15 minutes per pound.
  • Ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Once cooked, allow the turkey to rest for at least 20 minutes before carving.

Notes

For best results, consider brining the turkey overnight and using your favorite fresh herbs for seasoning. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 4 days or frozen for up to 6 months.
