  • 2 tablespoons grenadine For color and a hint of sweetness.
  • 12 ounces cinnamon simple syrup Prepare by dissolving sugar with water and cinnamon sticks.
  • 8 ounces water Use for dilution.

Cinnamon Simple Syrup

  • 1 cup sugar Used to make cinnamon simple syrup.
  • 1 cup water To mix with sugar for syrup.
  • 4 sticks cinnamon For infusing flavor into the syrup.

Instructions
 

Prepare Cinnamon Simple Syrup

  • Measure out one cup of water and one cup of sugar for your cinnamon simple syrup.
  • Combine the water and sugar in a small saucepan over medium heat and stir until the sugar dissolves completely.
  • Once dissolved, add four cinnamon sticks and raise the heat slightly, allowing the syrup to simmer for three to five minutes until fragrant.
  • Remove the saucepan from the heat and let it cool completely while the cinnamon flavor infuses.

Mix the Punch

  • Pour in twenty-four ounces of cranberry juice into a large pitcher.
  • Add twenty ounces of orange juice.
  • Slowly introduce twelve ounces of Sprite.
  • Pour in eight ounces of pineapple juice.
  • Drizzle in two tablespoons of grenadine.
  • Stir in the twelve ounces of cooled cinnamon simple syrup until fully combined.
  • Add eight ounces of water and mix gently.
  • Refrigerate the mixture for at least thirty minutes.

Serve

  • Garnish each serving with fresh cranberries, vibrant orange slices, or a swirl of whipped cream.
  • Serve in festive glassware over ice.

Notes

This punch can be made ahead of time. For a more tropical feel, substitute cranberry juice with mango or passion fruit juice. It can be stored in the refrigerator for up to two days.
