  • 1/2 cup spicy buffalo sauce Adjust to taste for spice level.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Divided into two halves for mixing and topping.
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese Optional, for added flavor.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, and buffalo sauce.
  • Mix until well combined and creamy.
  • Fold in half of the shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with remaining shredded cheddar cheese and blue cheese if using.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until bubbling and golden on top.

Serving

  • Serve warm with tortilla chips or vegetable sticks.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to three days or frozen for up to two months. Reheat thoroughly before serving. Consider adding jalapeños for extra spice or switching out the ranch dressing for a lighter yogurt alternative.
