Preparation

  • Slice the glazed yeast donuts in half horizontally.
  • In a skillet, cook the thick-cut bacon until crispy. Set aside.
  • Using the same skillet, place the donut halves cut side up.
  • Add a slice of cheese to each donut half and top with a slice of crispy bacon.
  • Cover with the donut tops, cut side down.

Cooking

  • Cook on medium heat until the donuts are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  • Flip carefully and cook until the other side is also golden.

Notes
