Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  • Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  • In another bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • Gradually blend this dry mixture into the creamed mixture until fully incorporated.
  • Fold in the white chocolate chunks.

Baking

  • Drop tablespoonfuls of dough onto ungreased cookie sheets, ensuring ample space for spreading.
  • Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until the edges are slightly golden.
  • Immediately sprinkle with Lucky Charms while still warm.

Cooling

  • Let the cookies cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.

Notes
