Ingredients
  

For the filling

  • 2 pieces Chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup Ranch dressing or preferred sauce Adjust to taste.
  • 1 cup Shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Salt and pepper to taste Salt and pepper

For the wraps

  • 4 pieces Large flour tortillas or wraps
  • Olive oil spray Olive oil spray

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with mozzarella cheese, salt, and pepper, and blend until mixed.
  • Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface and spread a generous layer of ranch dressing.
  • Add shredded lettuce and halved cherry tomatoes evenly on the tortilla.
  • Spoon the chicken and cheese mixture into the center of the tortilla.

Cooking

  • Tightly roll the tortilla around the filling, securing it well, and spray the outside with olive oil.
  • Place the wrapped tortilla in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes or until crispy and golden.
  • Remove from the air fryer and slice each wrap in half.

Serving

  • Serve with extra ranch dressing for dipping if desired.

Notes

For a vegetarian option, substitute chicken with grilled zucchini or mushrooms. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.
