  • 2 cups fresh baby spinach
  • 0.33 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 teaspoon onion granules
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning mix
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.25 teaspoon red chili flakes

Preparation

  • Lightly spray the slow cooker with olive oil.
  • Arrange the chicken breasts in a single layer.

Cooking

  • Cover and set the slow cooker to LOW for about four hours.
  • Once the time is up, use forks to shred the cooked chicken within the pot.
  • Mix the shredded chicken back into the sauce.
  • Add the tortellini, mozzarella cheese, and heavy cream, stirring until combined.
  • Cook on LOW for another thirty minutes.
  • Stir in the spinach and cook for an additional ten minutes.
  • Sprinkle in Parmesan cheese, taste the dish, and adjust any seasoning if necessary.
