  • 0.5 cup cream cheese, softened Make sure it's at room temperature for easy mixing.
  • 0.25 cup sour cream
  • 0.25 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese For a richer flavor.
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Add more if you love garlic.
  • 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained Can substitute with fresh spinach.
  • 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, chopped

Seasoning

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  • Fold in the spinach and artichoke hearts until well mixed.
  • Add mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper; stir to combine.

Baking

  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 25 to 30 minutes until bubbly and golden.

Serving

  • Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or slices of crusty bread.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding a squeeze of lemon juice or mix in red pepper flakes for a kick. Can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
