Instructions
 

Cooking the Pasta

  • Cook the whole wheat pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  • Drain the pasta and set it aside.

Cooking the Chicken

  • In a large skillet, heat a splash of olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add the diced chicken and cook until golden brown and fully cooked.
  • Add the minced garlic and cook for about one minute until fragrant.

Making the Sauce

  • Lower the heat and stir in the Greek yogurt and grated Parmesan cheese until creamy.
  • Add in the cooked pasta and toss until well coated.
