Preparation

  • In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add the sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about five to seven minutes.
  • Add minced garlic and stir for thirty seconds until fragrant.

  • Add the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions until tender.
  • Stir in the heavy cream, soy sauce, and mixed vegetables.
  • Cook for an additional three to five minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.

Notes

If the broth is too thick, add a splash of chicken broth to thin it out. To enhance flavor, add a splash of mirin or sesame oil.
