Ingredients
  

Cheese Mixture

  • 1 block cream cheese Soften before mixing.
  • 8 ounces goat cheese Use softened for easy blending.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 0.5 cup fresh herbs (basil and parsley) Chopped.

Crostinis

  • 1 baguette baguette, sliced For spreading cheese mixture.

Topping

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes Roast until burst.
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze For drizzling on top.

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, blend the softened cream cheese and goat cheese together until smooth.
  • Stir in minced garlic and chopped fresh herbs until well combined.
  • Spread the mixture on each slice of baguette, placing them on a baking sheet.

Roasting

  • Roast the crostinis in the preheated oven for about 12 minutes, until golden brown.
  • On a separate baking sheet, roast the cherry tomatoes for about 15 minutes until they burst.

Assembly

  • Top the warm crostinis with the roasted cherry tomatoes.
  • Drizzle with balsamic glaze and serve warm.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Best enjoyed fresh.
