  • 1 bag tater tots Spread them out evenly for better crispiness.
  • to taste salt and pepper Adjust to your personal preference.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, stirring to break it apart until fully cooked.
  • Drain the excess fat from the skillet.
  • Add the drained corn and cream of mushroom soup to the skillet, mixing well.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Transfer the beef mixture to a large baking dish.
  • Layer the tater tots on top of the beef mixture.
  • Sprinkle cheddar cheese evenly over the tater tots.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes until the tater tots are crispy and golden brown.

Notes

Consider adding chopped onions or bell peppers for extra flavor. For a barbecue twist, mix in barbecue sauce with the beef.
