Preparation

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt until well blended.
  • In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened unsalted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth and fluffy.
  • Beat in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.

Mixing

  • Gradually mix in the flour mixture until just combined.
  • Fold in the white chocolate chips and colorful sprinkles.

Baking

  • Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, allowing space for spreading.
  • Bake for 9 to 11 minutes until the edges are lightly golden.
  • Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes
