Preparation

  • Begin by ensuring your cream cheese is at room temperature, softening beautifully to make mixing easy.
  • Using a hand or stand mixer, cream together the room-temperature cream cheese and butter until the texture is light and fluffy.
  • Gradually, add in the brown sugar and granulated sugar, mixing until fully incorporated.
  • Pour in the vanilla extract, letting its sweet aroma embrace your mixture as it blends smoothly.
  • Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips, taking care to distribute them throughout the dip for equal sweetness in every bite.

Notes
