Cooking Pasta

  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Cooking Bacon

  • In a skillet over medium heat, add the bacon and cook until crispy.
  • Remove the cooked bacon from the skillet and crumble it.

Cooking Chicken

  • Using the remaining bacon fat, add the chicken breasts to the skillet. Cook until golden brown and no longer pink in the center, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  • Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix over the chicken and stir to combine.

Making the Sauce

  • Pour in the heavy cream and stir until the sauce is smooth.
  • Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and gently fold it into the creamy mix.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the top, stirring until melted.

Notes

For a lighter version, swap heavy cream for Greek yogurt. Consider adding vegetables like broccoli or peas for added nutrition.
