Ingredients
  

Chicken Mixture

  • 2 cups Cooked shredded chicken Can substitute with rotisserie chicken
  • 0.5 cups Garlic aioli Can substitute with chipotle mayonnaise for heat
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese Can substitute with different cheese varieties

Wraps

  • 4 large Tortillas Can use whole wheat or corn tortillas
  • to taste Salt Add to enhance flavor
  • to taste Pepper Add to enhance flavor

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Shred the cooked chicken into fine pieces.
  • In a medium bowl, mix the shredded chicken with garlic aioli until well combined.
  • Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Lay out the tortillas on a clean surface.
  • Spoon the cheesy chicken mixture into the center of each tortilla.
  • Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly.

Cooking

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat, adding oil if desired.
  • Place the seam-side down tortillas in the skillet and cook until golden, about 3 to 4 minutes.
  • Carefully flip the wraps and cook the other side until crispy and cheese has melted.
  • Remove from the skillet and allow to cool slightly before slicing in half.

Notes

For an added kick, try adding hot sauce inside the wraps before rolling.
