Ingredients
  

Filling

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken Use rotisserie for extra flavor.
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup softened cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Wrap Assembly

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well mixed.

Assembly

  • Lay out flour tortillas and scoop an equal amount of the chicken mixture onto the center of each tortilla.
  • Top each with fresh spinach, diced tomatoes, and sliced green onions.
  • Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly to create a snug wrap.

Cooking

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and sear the wraps seam-side down for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crisp.
  • Slice each wrap in half to reveal the filling.

Notes

For extra flavor, add sautéed bell peppers or onions. For a lighter option, substitute Greek yogurt for cream cheese. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 3 months.
