Ingredients
  

For the Chicken Filling

  • 2 large chicken breasts, diced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the Wraps

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup creamy garlic sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped Optional for garnish

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Dice the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a bowl, mix the chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Cooking

  • Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  • Cook the seasoned chicken for about 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally until golden and cooked through.
  • Remove chicken from heat and let it cool slightly.

Assembly

  • Lay out the flour tortillas on a flat surface.
  • Spread a layer of creamy garlic sauce over each tortilla.
  • Evenly distribute the cooked chicken on top of each tortilla.
  • Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the chicken.
  • Fold each tortilla over the filling to create wraps.

Grilling

  • Return the wraps to the non-stick pan and grill for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  • Remove from pan and cut each wrap in half before serving.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired.

Notes

For a stronger garlic flavor, adjust the garlic powder to your taste. These wraps can be customized with different fillings and sauces as preferred.
