Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine refried beans, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, sour cream, taco seasoning, and salsa. Mix until well combined.
  • Spread the mixture into a baking dish and top with additional salsa.

Baking

  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions and serve with tortilla chips.

Notes

If the dip seems dry, add an extra dollop of sour cream or a splash of salsa just before serving for added creaminess. Experiment with adding garlic, herbs, or spices to modify the flavor.
