Preparation

  • In a large bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and ranch seasoning until well combined.
  • Stir in the chopped green onions until evenly distributed.
  • Shape the mixture into a ball and wrap it in plastic wrap.
  • Refrigerate for at least one hour to firm up.

Serving

  • If desired, roll the cheeseball in chopped pecans before serving.
  • Serve with an assortment of crackers or fresh vegetables on a platter.

Notes
