- 1 part dried chamomile flowers
- Filtered water
- Optional: honey or lemon for flavor
Example Mix:
- 1 cup lemon balm
- ½ cup chamomile
- Mix in batches and store for later
Brew your tea
Use 2 teaspoons of the herb mixture per 1 cup of hot water.
Bring water to a simmer (not boiling).
