Chamomile Lemon Balm Tea

Ingredients
  

  • 2 parts dried lemon balm leaves
  • 1 part dried chamomile flowers
  • Filtered water
  • Optional: honey or lemon for flavor
Example Mix:
  • 1 cup lemon balm
  • ½ cup chamomile
  • Mix in batches and store for later

Method
 

Mix your blend
  1. In a clean bowl, mix the dried chamomile and lemon balm using a 1:2 ratio. Store the mix in an airtight container or glass jar.
Brew your tea
  1. Use 2 teaspoons of the herb mixture per 1 cup of hot water.
  2. Bring water to a simmer (not boiling).
  3. Pour over herbs in a strainer or teapot.
  4. Steep for 5–10 minutes.
Strain and enjoy
  1. Strain herbs.
  2. Add honey or lemon if desired.
  3. Best enjoyed before bedtime or during stress.

Notes

  • This tea supports mood, digestion, and sleep.
  • Can be used daily up to 3 cups per day is safe for most people.
  • Customize by adding lavender, mint, or orange peel.
