Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with shredded cooked chicken and buffalo sauce until well combined.
  • Add ranch dressing and half of the shredded cheddar cheese, continuing to mix until smooth.

Baking

  • Transfer the mixture into a baking dish, smoothing it evenly.
  • Top with remaining cheddar cheese and blue cheese if using.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until bubbly and golden.

Serving

  • Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
  • Serve with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or crackers.

Notes

Can be made a day in advance, store in the refrigerator and bake when ready. For variations, consider using jackfruit for a vegetarian option or adding jalapeños for extra kick.
