For the Icing (Optional)

  • 0.5 cup powdered sugar

Baking

  • Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, spacing them apart.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly browned.
  • Allow the cookies to cool before icing them with the optional powdered sugar icing.
