warm filtered water

Himalayan pink salt
pure, mineral-rich
Juice of ½ a lemon
freshly squeezed preferred

teaspoon
raw honey

Instructions
Pour the warm water into a glass.
Add ¼ tsp pink salt and stir until fully dissolved.
Squeeze in ½ lemon juice (fresh is best).
Add 1 tsp raw honey, if using.
Sip slowly on an empty stomach, preferably first thing in the morning.
