Method
- Grind each seed separately.
- Store in sealed glass jars in the fridge.
- Days 1–14: 1 tbsp flax + 1 tbsp pumpkin
- Days 15–28: 1 tbsp sesame + 1 tbsp sunflower
- Mix daily dose into yogurt, smoothie, or oatmeal.
- Drink 8–10 cups of water daily.
- Repeat monthly.
