Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup flaxseeds
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 teaspoons nutritional yeast optional, for cheesy flavor + B12

Method
 

  1. Mix Ingredients – In a mixing bowl or container, combine chia seeds, flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, and pumpkin seeds.
  2. Add Seasonings – Pour in olive oil, sea salt, and red chili powder. Mix well to coat all seeds evenly.
  3. Roast – Roast the mix in a microwave on medium power for 4 minutes, or in a pan or oven (suggested temp: 310°F / 155°C for 10–12 minutes) until lightly toasted.
  4. Cool & Add Yeast – Let the mixture cool completely. Add nutritional yeast (if using) and stir to combine.
  5. Store – Transfer to an airtight container and consume within 2 weeks. Store in a cool, dry place.
