Mix Ingredients – In a mixing bowl or container, combine chia seeds, flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, and pumpkin seeds.
Add Seasonings – Pour in olive oil, sea salt, and red chili powder. Mix well to coat all seeds evenly.
Roast – Roast the mix in a microwave on medium power for 4 minutes, or in a pan or oven (suggested temp: 310°F / 155°C for 10–12 minutes) until lightly toasted.
Cool & Add Yeast – Let the mixture cool completely. Add nutritional yeast (if using) and stir to combine.
Store – Transfer to an airtight container and consume within 2 weeks. Store in a cool, dry place.
