  • Scoop the mixture and form it into small, delightful balls with your hands.
  • Place each ball onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze for about thirty minutes until firm.

Coating

  • Melt the chocolate using a microwave or a double boiler until silky and warm.
  • Carefully dip each chilled truffle into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are completely covered and glistening.
  • Return the coated truffles to the baking sheet, allowing the chocolate to set.
