Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Whisk together the six large eggs in a large bowl until slightly frothy.
  • Add a splash of half-and-half and mix until well blended.
  • Cut the cream cheese into small cubes and slowly fold it into the egg mixture.
  • Chop fresh chives and parsley, and gently stir them into the mixture.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased pie dish and spread evenly.

Cooking

  • Place the pie dish into the preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes until the top is golden and set.

Serving

  • Arrange the assorted pastries on a platter and slice the fresh berries.
